Career readiness education and training are vital in supporting students, no matter which pathway they choose. Whatever path students take after high school, the end goal is to pursue a fulfilling and meaningful career. As students uncover their strengths and interests in school and begin aligning these to career interests, work-based learning provides real-world career experiences that will best prepare them for success in the workforce.
